LOS BAÑOS, Philippines - The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), in partnership with the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR), conducted the training course on Financial Viability and Profitability Analysis of New Technologies and Enterprises under the High Value Crops Development Program held on 5-9 June 2017 at the SEARCA headquarters. The Southeast Asian Upland Agriculture Fellowships has just successfully concluded. This five-year project was a collaboration by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) of Canada and SEARCA.
