Short-term Training
SEARCA aligns its training programs with current thinking in capacity development to foster innovation for the sustainable transformation of agricultural systems in Southeast Asia. These training programs will facilitate the wide sharing of best practices, practical and useful technologies, effective mindsets, and successes and lessons learned among SEARCA's stakeholders and their institutions. Moreover, these training programs are expected to bridge gaps between the different agricultural and rural development ecologies by addressing relevant and urgent needs, with focus on increasing farmers' income; improving food security and nutrition; greater climate resilience of agricultural systems; and empowering farmers, farmer groups, and agricultural stakeholders and their institutions.
