Description:
The workshop sought to aid top level and middle level executives of the Department of Agriculture (DA), Philippines to achieve the desired goals of the Department’s reform programs. Patterned after the adaptive leadership approach, the module sought to provide the mindset, attitude, and skills necessary in managing and executing reform-oriented programs to ensure the vital role of the DA in the administration’s integrity-based leadership program.
