Most of the youths, aspired for occupations taht require technical, semi-technical and professional skills. On account of socioeconomic contraints, however, most of them expected to be in farming and semi-skilled aninfarm occupations. If circumstances would permit, almost 30% each aspired to finish high school and vocatinal or college education.

Vocational training progra,s most preffered were trade, homemaking, agriculture, hair science and beauty culture, and businness arts, in taht order. The training needs of the rural out-of school youths tended to be associated with sex, employment status and occupational aspirations
