THF is "a think tank devoted to the research, policy influence, and effective implementation of education for development in Asia." Aside from conducting research in Asian countries, THF "develops and delivers tools, models, and programs for capacity building." It also produces a host of publications and conducts seminars, workshops, and policy forums.
SEARCA and THF are keen to work together on capacity building in leadership development among higher education institutions (HEIs) in Southeast Asia.
