BANGKOK, Thailand – Dr. Waraporn Prompoj, Deputy-Director General (DDG) of the Thailand Department of Agriculture (DoA), warmly welcomed the second batch of the Philippines Department of Agriculture Adaptation and Mitigation Initiatives in Agriculture (DA AMIA) Overseas Study Mission composed of ten officials and staff members of DA plus one each from the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) and Rice Watch and Action Network (RWAN).
