Taipei, Taiwan – The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), Southeast Asian University Consortium for Graduate Education in Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC), and Tokyo University of Agriculture (Tokyo NODAI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement on 22 November 2019 regarding the Tokyo NODAI-UC Scholarship for Dissertation Doctorate Program. MAKATI CITY - Eleven Southeast Asian nationals received their scholarship awards under the In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Programme by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture or SEARCA.
