The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) in 1966.
The "new normal" conditions in Southeast Asia compels SEARCA and all of its key partners to initiate anew a paradigm shift towards accelerating transformation through agricultural innovation (ATTAIN).
The Agriculture and Development Notes (ADN) include learning notes that expound on relevant concepts, principles, and procedures/protocols; experience notes that share practices and insights from cases; and research notes that present highlights of studies along SEARCA's priority themes. Through the ADN, SEARCA aims to quickly and widely share available relevant knowledge to stakeholders in Southeast Asia, thereby creating awareness about their availability. Knowledge users may then follow up on details with their authors, whose email addresses are provided, if the ADN addresses immediate information needs for decision-making, action, studies, or further research.
