This research note discusses key insights from Filipino researchers on gender-specific challenges in research in the AANR sector in the Philippines. Through purposive sampling, data were gathered from 16 participants in key informant interviews (KIIs): three men and 13 women. The participants were faculty members and researchers in various state universities and colleges (SUCs) across Luzon, Philippines.
