SEARCA, as one of the implementing partners of the ASEAN Working Group on Social Forestry (AWG-SF) and the ASEAN-Swiss Partnership on Social Forestry and Climate Change (ASFCC), supported and participated in the recently concluded 7th AWG-SF Conference held in Chiang Mai, Thailand on 12-14 June 2017. The conference highlights the theme "Social Forestry in Forest Landscape Restoration: Enabling Partnership and Investments for Sustainable Development Goals." More than 200 participants from government, civil society organizations (CSOs), development partners, private sector, and academic institutions in the ASEAN Member States (AMS) took part in the conference. … Read more

The Southeast Asian Upland Agriculture Fellowships has just successfully concluded. This five-year project was a collaboration by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) of Canada and SEARCA.
