Provide administrative assistance to the SEARCA-DA-BAR project on Upgrading the Calamansi Value Chain towards Improving the Calamansi Industry of Oriental Mindoro.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or Business Administration or related field with 1-year work related experience as project administrative support staff.
Terms of Reference
Assist in the monitoring of project funds including fund releases, budget realignments, expenses, and other financial obligations chargeable to the DA-BAR;
Provide administrative and logistical support in pre- and post-activity arrangements for project meetings, workshops, and other activities; and
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Project Leader and/or the RDD Program Head.
Knowledgeable in project processing, administration, accounting, and general administration
Highly proficient in data/records management
Above average organizational, coordination, problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational, monitoring, and coordination skills and ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time
Proficient in computer software applications e.g., word processing, power point presentation, spreadsheets and database, and quantitative analytical tools.
Above average oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client orientation skills
