Projects and Technical Assistance

Most of SEARCA's projects are capacity-building and research initiatives carried out by its core programs on Education and Collective Learning, Research and Thought Leadership, and Emerging Innovation for Growth. Most of these projects are conducted in collaboration with other institutions.

Partnership is always at the core of the Center's projects, where collaboration and synergy help magnify any contributions and impact towards Accelerating Transformation Through Agricultural Innovation (ATTAIN).

As a partner, SEARCA is unmatched in providing access to high-quality, professional expertise and technical services from academe and governments in Southeast Asian countries in the areas of agriculture and rural development. The Center has a well-earned reputation and extensive track record in end-to-end project management – from conceptualization and proposal writing to implementation and monitoring – for both local and international development and donor organizations.
