The newly appointed Director of the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) advocates the Center’s continuous support in strengthening the academe-industry-government partnership for agricultural development and fulfilment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research and Agriculture (SEARCA) recently hosted a session on the regional implications of the Philippines' Rice Tariffication Law. The Research Symposium was part of the 11th World Rice Conference organized by The Rice Trader (TRT).
