IT head recognized for digital innovation
20 September 2025 JAYMARK Warren Dia, unit head for Management Information Systems at the Laguna-based Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to digital innovation. SEARCA offers scholarships for Master's, PhD programs in agriculture
6 September 2025 LOS BAÑOS, Laguna — The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) here is offering full scholarships for Master's and PhD programs in agriculture for the academic year 2026-2027. The scholarships are open to nationals of 11 Southeast Asian countries, including Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.
