LOS BAÑOS, Laguna: The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) has set for July 30 the deadline of application for the graduate degree scholarships in agriculture and related sciences for school year 2018-2019. The scholarships – Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees – are open to Filipinos, and citizens of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. Applicants must be regular employees of government agencies or academic or research institutions and not more than 35 years old. Filipino applicants must submit applications to the Commission on Higher Education and those from Southeast Asian countries to their respective education ministries.
