Thirty-two more Southeast Asian, seven of them Filipinos, have earned their doctoral and masteral degrees as scholars of the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture hosted by the Philippine government in the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
