New SEARCA PhD, MS Graduates

Thirty-two more Southeast Asian, seven of them Filipinos, have earned their doctoral and masteral degrees as scholars of the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture hosted by the Philippine government in the University of the Philippines Los Baños. The 32 earned their PhD and MS degrees from seven prestigious universities in Southeast Asia with the support of donor institutions such as the International Development Research Centre of Canada and the German Academic Exchange Service.
