SEARCA will launch its Post-Doctoral Fellows (PDF) Program in October 2025 to support early-career scientists and professionals who are committed to advancing agricultural and rural development (ARD) in Southeast Asia.
The PDF Program will provide selected fellows with an enabling environment to sharpen their research, extend their regional networks, and translate evidence into policies and innovations that benefit smallholders and rural communities. Priority will be given to candidates whose proposed research aligns with SEARCA's mandate and focus on transformative ARD across the region.
