The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has commissioned the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) based in Australia to develop a Regional Climate Projections Consortium and Data Facility (RCC) that will build regional capability initially in Southeast Asia to develop, access, interpret and apply climate change data and information.
