NUEVA ECIJA, Philippines – SEARCA, commissioned by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), successfully implemented the project Market-Oriented Agri-Technology and Agri-Extension Services under the Agrarian Reform Community Connectivity and Economic Support Services (ARCCESS).
