TOKYO, Japan—The Southeast Asian University Consortium for Graduate Education in Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC) convened its 38th Executive Board Meeting on 18–20 November 2025 at Tokyo University of Agriculture (Tokyo NODAI) in Japan. Thirty-one higher education leaders from six countries completed the 7th Leadership Development Program for Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia (LDP-HEIs in SEA). The three-month hybrid training program ran from 23 September to 18 November 2025, with five online sessions via Zoom and a three-day onsite session at IPB University in Bogor, Indonesia.
