CHON BURI, Thailand—The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Education in Science and Mathematics (SEAMEO RECSAM) have formalized a three-year partnership to strengthen collaboration in education, research, knowledge exchange, and capacity building across Southeast Asia.
