JOB SUMMARY: To provide professional driving services to SEARCA staff, scholars, and guests to and from their destinations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Good moral character; basic knowledge in engine troubleshooting; excellent driving skills; at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as executive driver; physically fit and with good personal hygiene; possesses common sense; good sense of direction, familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provinces; willing to work at irregular hours.

JOB SUMMARY: Directs and oversees all activities related to the development of SEARCA flagship projects with cross-cutting concerns of the core programs; Sources, initiates, develops and markets, projects related to SEARCA's Core Programs and projects requiring SEARCA's professional technical services (PTS).
Direct and oversee all activities related to the development and production of SEARCA's Knowledge Resources, specifically the packaging and distribution of SEARCA's publications as well as the maintenance of SEARCA's website and other web-based learning and knowledge resources such as the library and information portals.
JOB SUMMARY: Leads in activities related to the administration of the Biotechnology Information Center (BIC) including but not limited to BIC-related learning events and knowledge resources, access to science-based agri-biotech information, and knowledge creation projects and activities; leads and contributes to project development and implementation in biotechnology and related areas.
Direct and supervises all activities and functions of the General Services Unit, including but not limited to real estate and other property, materials and supplies, procurement and logistics, transportation and travel, mailroom and printing services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Direct and oversee all activities related to treasury operations and cash services; handles/manages the Center’s financial resources (e.g., monitors fund movements, long-term and short-term investment, and recommends investment options) and cash management; ensure optional utilization of funds for increased value and earnings at a minimal risk including safekeeping, and to provide liquidity for the operating expenses of the Center.
Administer the maintenance, construction, and repair of utility systems and facilities infrastructures of the Center which include office buildings, residence hotels, and housing units, including the supervision of staff/skilled/technical workers assigned to implement these repair and maintenance activities.
JOB SUMMARY: To provide assistance in the audit of project financial statements including but not limited to the review and evaluation of project financial and related non-financial documents. S/he may also be required to assist or support other audit engagements, as needed.
