The workshop is part of the Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP) of Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS), of which the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) is one of the recipients. It is part of a bigger program to be undertaken to improve the internal quality assurance of RUA.
