| Description | The program aims to: 1) provide a learning forum where significant new knowledge about leadership in and management of higher education, especially those in agriculture, may flow between experts and senior and mid-level executives of higher education institutions in the SEAMEO member countries; 2) provide an opportunity for academic executives to plan, write, present, and carry out specific action case studies in higher education leadership/management contributing to its knowledge base and practices for Southeast Asia; and 3) adopt an innovative process of packaging and publishing LEAP SEA cases as knowledge and learning resources appropriate for Southeast Asia. The program will be implemented for 12 weeks, commencing with a six-day forum, followed by case writing presentation and review of publication. |
