Program Specialist, Project Development & Technical Services

Regular position Project Development and Technical Services (PDTS)

Identity, conceptualize, and develop project proposals/bids including all necessary support activities and tasks to concretize and materialize the project; when required, provide technical assistance in the monitoring and/or implementation of the project including dissemination of results. 

QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Communication, Business Administration, Management or related fields; with 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a similar post, in a similar organization.

COMPETENCY & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Highly skilled in liaising, coordinating, and networking with local and foreign donor agencies/officers and other partner institutions, excellent information gathering and synthesizing skills, proficient in proposal development, marketing presentation/packaging, and report preparation, working knowledge of Southeast Asian agriculture and development; good management, organizational, monitoring and coordination capabilities, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client orientation skills; proficient in computer software applications (word processing, power point presentation, spreadsheets, database search engines).
