Housing Facilities Administrator

Regular position Facilities Management Unit (FMU)

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations, budget monitoring, marketing, and maintenance of SEARCA's housing units and facilities.



A graduate of a 4-year degree course in Engineering (Industrial), Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field or their equivalents.

Work Experience

With 3 years of relevant work experience in housing facilities management and maintenance.

Basic Skills

  • Marketing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and client orientation skills
  • Above average management, organizational, work planning, monitoring, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in computer software applications (word processing, presentation, spreadsheets, database, search engines)
  • Good driving skills

Basic Knowledge

Working knowledge of housing-related electrical engineering works; General construction principles, requirements, and supplies/materials; Basic financial analysis consisting of cost estimation, budget preparation, and utilization.
