The courses are offered on a fee-based scheme, but are also open for sponsorship and collaboration with interested organizations and individuals. SEARCA also offers a handful of training scholarships or subsidies to Southeast Asian nationals who qualify for acceptance to a training course. Unless otherwise indicated, these learning events take place at SEARCA Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines.
