The program aims to: 1) provide a learning forum where significant new knowledge about leadership in and management of higher education, especially those in agriculture, may flow between experts and senior or mid-level executives of higher education institutions in the SEAMEO member countries; 2) provide an opportunity for academic executives to plan, carry out, write and present specific action case studies in higher education leadership/management contributing to its knowledge base and practices in Southeast Asia; and 3) adopt an innovative process of packaging and publishing LEAP SEA cases as knowledge and learning resources appropriate for Southeast Asia. The program will be implemented for 12 weeks, commencing with a three-day forum, followed by case writing presentation and review of publication. Intended participants will be senior and mid-level executives of academic institutions in SEAMEO member countries, particularly universities with focus on agriculture and forestry (maximum of 25 participants).

Live-in rate: US$710 or Php33,810.00 (covers cost of tuition, full board and lodging (twin-sharing), course kit, and airport transfers). There is an additional charge of US$45 (Php2,142.90) per participant for those who wish to transfer to a single occupancy room. Participants will be billeted at the SEARCA Residence Hotel throughout the duration of the course.
