SEARCA welcomes collaboration with other agencies in conducting non-degree programs customized to the needs of interested clienteles. Other than its core and special courses, the non-degree programs may include seminars, workshops, study tours, or a combination of two or more activities in development-related areas in agriculture, agricultural education and extension, agricultural research management, natural resources management, information management, community and rural development, and agro-industrial and micro-enterprise development.
SEARCA has had successful collaborations in conducting non-degree programs on these areas with the World Bank Economic Development Institute, United Nations Development Programme, UN Food and Agriculture Organization, International Rice Research Institute, German Foundation for International Development, Philippine-Australia Short-term Training Facility of the Australian Aid, and the International Agriculture Centre.
Collaborative arrangements may either be in the form of full sponsorship, cost-sharing or services counterparting. Interest for collaboration must be expressed at least 2 months before the start of training implementation.
