You can qualify to any SEARCA course if you are:
- affiliated with a national institution and committed to return to and serve your
institution after undergoing SEARCA training,
- endorsed by your institution,
- proficient in spoken and written English,
- willing to share the knowledge gained from the training,
- appropriately equipped with an educational background related to the course
you are applying for, or you have at least one year experience relevant
to the course being offered, and
- less than 45 years old and healthy.
You can directly:
- send the application form
, together with the endorsement letter of your agency
head, to SEARCA’s Training Department by fax, email or postage, on or before the set deadline,
Note:- We will not entertain application forms received beyond the deadline, especially from non-Filipino applicants.
- If you have satisfied our admission criteria, we will send an acceptance
letter to you and to the head of your organization.
- submit a satisfactory medical report (when you receive SEARCA’s acceptance
letter) to SEARCA Training Department, either through fax, email or postage,
at least two weeks before the start of the training course,
- arrange your entry visa to the country venue where the course will be held by
using the acceptance letter as the supporting document.
- The accepted applicant shall give at least three weeks before the start of the
course for visa processing.
If you will need SEARCA’s assistance, please submit the following information:
- Full name
- Birth date and place
- Passport number, date and place of issue
- Address of the Philippine Embassy or Consul nearest to the applicant’s
residence or office
- remit course fee via wire transfer or draft check one week before the course
starts, or pay to a designated SEARCA account.
- advise SEARCA’s Training Department on the date of your arrival and details
for the necessary pick-up arrangements.
