When SEARCA scholars complete their graduate program, they join the ranks of SEARCA fellows and become members of their respective country's SEARCA Fellows Association.
SEARCA continues to nurture these fellows associations, which have been federated to form the Regional SEARCA Fellows Association (RSFA).
The country chapters of fellows associations that have already been formed are as follows:
- Indonesian SEARCA Fellows Association (ISFA - Bogor and Yogyakarta Chapters),
- Malaysian SEARCA Fellows Association (MASFA),
- SEARCA Fellows Association of the Philippines (SFAP),
- Thai SEARCA Fellows Association (TSFA), and
- Vietnamese SEARCA Fellows Association (VISA).
The RSFA conduct activities aimed at helping reduce rural poverty in the region.
