Environmental Impact Assessment - Integrate environmental considerations in project design and planning; and assess environmental on-site and off-site impacts of development projects.
Participatory Rapid Rural Appraisal - Quickly assess needs, problems, and opportunities for developing and managing rural resources in the upland and coastal communities with the participation of the local people.
Market/Investment/Feasibility Studies - Come up with area-specific investment profiles, assess the marketing potential of various commodities and of agro-industrial products and evaluate the long term viability of agro-industrial ventures.
Curriculum Development - To assist academic institutions in developing their curricula particularly those related to agribusiness, entrepreneurship, and environmental management.
Information Management - To assist institutions in setting up information resource centers, training of information professionals, and in the processing and packaging of technical information for promoting rural and agricultural growth through computerized databases tailored to users' needs.
