The delegation was composed of Mr. Liu Yongquan, Vice-President; Mr. Wang Baiwan, Senior Economist; Ms. Yu Haixia, Associate Research Fellow; and Ms. Wang Jing, Associate Engineer. Their visit to SEARCA is part of a Southeast Asian tour, which ends with the 2007 Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (, PR)
