This publication contains the finding in the Philippine site of the regional project called “ Data Management for Rural Development and Food Security”, which involved four universities in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Research activities in the Philippines applied and determined the effectively of computer-based data management techniques developed by the Project in measuring food security in selected villages in Laguna province. This publication aims to spark more interest in and adoption of the method developed by the Project in measuring household-level food security.
