1 The Guesthouse is a self-contained hostel with its own conference hall, dining area, and kitchen that is ideal for a group of 20-30 guests. Group package offer includes use of the kitchen, a conference workshop room and the dining area.
2 Includes a refrigerator, a stove, whiteboard, tables and chairs.
3 Includes a sound system with two (2) microphones. For weekend, holidays, or after office hours events, the facilities rate are subject to an additional P250/hr charge and, in case of power interruption, an additional electric power generator charge. Furthermore, those requiring centralized aircon at the SEARCA Umali Auditorium and Drilon Hall during weekend, holiday or after officer hours events, a centralized aircon charge will be imposed.
