SEARCA Guesthouse is a self-contained building with 16 air-conditioned rooms, a conference room, and dining area with kitchen facilities. Its location at the foothills of Mount Makiling offers a serene ambiance to groups of 20 to 35 persons who wish to focus on official tasks at hand.

A lodging complex of three interconnected buildings with a total of 101 rooms. Of these, 34 rooms are air-conditioned for transient guests staying for a few days and another 67 rooms are for resident staff, post-graduate students, and guests staying for at least three months.

Composed of 56 houses of various types situated in serene rustic neighborhood settings. These include 16 executive houses, 34 apartments, and 6 bungalow-style houses. Each house is self-contained with a living room, kitchen, laundry area, and 3 to 4 bedrooms. While designed for long-term resident-guests, these houses may also accommodate short-stay small group functions of up to 10 guests.
