Conference Facilities
SEARCA’s Main Building has a host of highly suitable conference and seminar facilities made convenient by the proximity of food services and availability of ample parking spaces and public transportation. Among possible facilities within the main building are: The multipurpose auditorium can comfortably seat 200 persons. Built in theater style, the auditorium has wall to wall carpeting, an audiovisual room and a built-in stage. The hall is best use for research finding presentations, symposia, workshops, meetings, graduation rites, recitals, mini concerts, product launching, etc. We can arrange the hall depending on the need of the function. We provide fresh plants as part of hall arrangements, generator and back-up airconditioning units are available to ensure continous activities.
Sitting capacity:
This case room, designed like an amphitheater, can accommodate up to 70 persons. It has wall to wall carpeting and an automatic projection screen.The hall is best use for research findings, symposia, workshops, meetings, and product launchings.
SEARCA has four workshop rooms. Two of these can seat 25 persons each while the other two rooms can each accommodate 15. Movable partitions can convert two rooms into a single room. The room is best use for class discussions, workshops, symposia, group meetings, seminar, and product launching. Generator set is available to ensure continous activities.
Sitting capacity:
Makiling Executive Lounge Makiling Area is use for luncheon meetings, dinner parties, or as workshop room with a seating capacity of up to 60 persons. The hall can be divided into four (4) smaller areas. Auditorium Lobby Used as multi-purpose hall, dining area and exhibit area.
To ensure minimal disruption of on-going activities, a back-up electric generator set is on stand-by. Upon prior request, a secretarial pool and domestic travel arrangements may also be provided. |
