The Program Associate will provides day-to-day technical, administrative and logistical support to the Project Management Team related to the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and submission of milestone reports of project activities of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research funded project "Financial Viability and Profitability Analysis of Agricultural Technologies and Enterprises", under SEARCA's Project Development and Technical Services (PDTS) unit.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business Management, or related fields.
With 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity.
Proficient in project implementation, technical writing, and presentation/packaging;
Strong organizational, monitoring, coordination, and analytical skills and ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time;
Working knowledge of publication production; proficient in report preparation and packaging; and
Highly proficient in computer software applications e.g., word processing, power point presentation, spreadsheets and database, desktop publishing, and quantitative analytical tools
