JOB SUMMARY: Develops and markets projects related to Research and Development; provides technical assistance in monitoring project implementation; ensures that project results are disseminated via fora and conferences and through publication.
With Master’s Degree preferably in Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, Environmental Science, or related fields.
With 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar post.

Highly proficient in Project Cycle Management; thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of research and program evaluation practices; highly proficient in report preparation and presentation/packaging and marketing; strong report and technical writing skills; working knowledge of Southeast Asian agricultural human resource development needs; ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, orally, and in writing; excellent information gathering and synthesizing skills; highly skilled in liaising, coordinating, and networking with foreign and local institutions; and proficient in computer software applications, e.g., word processing, presentation, spreadsheets and database, desktop publishing, and quantitative analytical tools.
