JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical, administrative and logistical support for the implementation of the Project--- Piloting and Up-scaling Effective Models of Inclusive and Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development (ISARD).
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Assist the Overall Coordinator in the day-to-day operation of the Project Management Office;
2. Coordinate arrangements for project management meetings, workshops, and other activities;
3. Assist in the overall program documentation and in the preparation of various reports;
4. Provide administrative and logistical support to the project;
5. Monitor project budget utilization and disbursements; and
6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Overall Coordinator and the RDD Program Head.
Graduate of a 4-year degree course Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Community Development or Farming Systems with background on agricultural economics, or related field
With two (2) year relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in a similar post
Basic skills and knowledge
Above average organizational, monitoring, and coordination skills and ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time
Able to work effectively individually and with a team and in a multi-cultural environment
Good writing and information processing skills;
Good working knowledge of computer software applications (word processing, presentation, spreadsheets, database, search engines).
