JOB SUMMARY: provides day-to-day administrative and logistical support related to the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research funded project “Enhancing Innovation in Agricultural Research and Development”, under SEARCA’s Project Development and Technical Services (PDTS) Unit.
Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
With 1-2 years relevant work experience in office management.
Basic skills and knowledge
Good management, organizational, monitoring and coordination capabilities and ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time;
Familiarity with IT and fair amount of relevant IT knowhow/applications;
Good writing and information processing skills;
Good working knowledge of computer software applications (word processing, presentation, spreadsheets, database, search engines).
