Project Development and Technical Services Specialist
(for urgent hiring)
JOB SUMMARY: Identify, conceptualize, and develop project proposals/bids including all necessary support activities and tasks to concretize and materialize the project; when required, provide technical assistance in the monitoring and/or implementation of the project including dissemination of results.
Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Communication, Business Administration, Management or related fields
With 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in a similar post, in a similar organization.
Project Cycle Management, especially proposal development in Southeast Asian agriculture and development
Highly skilled in liaising, coordinating, and networking with local and foreign donor agencies/officers and other partner institutions
Excellent information gathering and synthesizing skills
Proficient in project identification, proposal development, presentation/packaging, marketing, report preparation, and fund generation
Good working knowledge of Southeast Asian agriculture and development
Proficient in computer software applications (word processing, power point presentation, spreadsheets, database search engines).

Program Planning and Development: identifies, prioritizes, and develops programs in support of the Center’s thrusts
Program Implementation and Management: leads, coordinates, manages, programs according to plans and the Center’s standards.
Monitoring and Evaluation: monitors and evaluates programs to ensure achievement of objectives
Highly innovative in developing core program-related projects and schemes.
Networking and Partnership Building: establishes and maintains networks and partnerships with foreign and local institutions and seek support of people who can contribute to achievement of goals
Knowledge/Learning Events Organizing: develops, designs, plans, and implements knowledge/learning events that articulate the Center’s thrusts
