JOB SUMMARY: Assists in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluating Center plans and budgets, and reporting of Center accomplishments.
Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Management, Business Administration or related field
With 3-year work-related experience in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation, preferably in a similar post
Aspects of budget planning and proposal preparation and monitoring and evaluation techniques
Good understanding of strategic management, budgeting and monitoring and evaluation concepts.
Proficient in formulating budget guidelines
Proficient in information research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and validation
Proficient in report preparation
Proficient in computer software applications e.g., word processing, power point presentation, spreadsheets and database, and quantitative analytical tools
Innovativeness: seeks smart and creative solutions to emerging challenges
Flexibility/Adaptability to Change: works effectively with a variety of situations and adapts one’s thinking, behavior and style appropriately in dealing with change. Adapting to different ways of thinking and doing things in a quick and a positive manner
