JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the day-to-day operations of the unit ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.
Graduate of a 4-year degree course in Business Administration, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields
With three (3)-year work-related experience, preferably in a similar post.
Aspects of HR systems, manpower planning and recruitment trends, current HR best practices, legal requirements regarding pay deductions, rules/procedures in processing statutory staff benefits, compensation and reward programs.
Highly proficient in preparing HR metrics and statistical reports
Good working knowledge of key HR principles and practices particularly in recruiting talent.
Knowledge in work and budget planning, organization, and human relations skills.
Highly skilled in establishing and maintaining HR networks/partnership
·Proficient in computer software applications (word processing, presentation, spreadsheets, database, and search engines).

Human resource management: applies knowledge of personnel policies and procedures to advise and assist heads and/or staff on issues and concerns to determine causes for performance gaps and identifies developmental solutions in an attempt to improve Center effectiveness
Excellent interpersonal and client orientation skills
Highly organized and can work under pressure
High logical reasoning, and analytical skills and ability to prepare reports
Good management, organizational, and monitoring skills.
Able to coordinate efficiently and communicate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization
