JOB SUMMARY: Maintains and updates the inventory of SEARCA’s Fixed Assets Management System. Conducts and assists in the periodic physical inventory of the Center’s equipment, supplies, and materials in compliance with the fixed asset management process of inventory control.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience in inventory and supply management and procurement or related area is required, preferably in a similar post.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledgeable in data and records management and asset inventory
Must be knowledgeable of accepted, standard supply & receiving practices, including inspection of equipment/items, following up assigned requests, updating property records, as needed, etc.,
Ability follow standard procedures, regulations, and instructions
Above average organizational, monitoring and coordination skills
Ability to organize own work effectively without frequent direct supervision
Above Average oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client orientation skills
Can work under pressure, results-oriented and keen on details
Flexible in adjusting to changes and repetitive activities
