The Asian Journal of Agriculture and Development (AJAD), an international, refereed journal, provides information and analysis on topics within the broad scope of agriculture and development. AJAD serves as a vehicle for the exchange of ideas on agricultural and development issues both within Asian countries and between these countries and the rest of the world.

AJAD caters to professionals from the academe, research institutions in the public and private sectors, policymakers, graduate students, and other stakeholders ion agriculture and development in Asia as well as people who, although based outside Asia, have an interest in agriculture and development in the region.
